Know more about Kuddly Panda

Welcome to Kuddly Panda ELC, a place where children feel safe, loved, and inspired to learn every day.

We know that choosing the right early learning centre is a big decision, and we are here to make that journey a positive and reassuring one for you and your family. Our centre is more than just childcare — it’s a warm, supportive community where children can play, grow, and discover who they are.

Our passionate team of educators are dedicated to providing the very best start for your child. We take the time to get to know each child, celebrating their unique personality, interests, and strengths. By creating strong and trusting relationships, we help children build confidence, independence, and a lifelong love of learning.

About Kirsti

Hi everyone. My name is Kirsti and I am the Director of Kuddly Panda ELC. I have worked in early learning nearly all my life and absolutely love it.
I have a degree in Child Psychology, a Diploma and Advanced Diploma in Children’s Services, a Diploma of Business, a Diploma in HR, Cert IV in Assessment & Workplace Training as well as a Cert IV in Frontline Management and Business.
I started in early learning because I decided I needed to be a voice for children before trauma happened, and nearly 35 years later, I am still a voice for children. I am a huge advocate for child protection and child safety, and teaching children protective behaviours.
I live with my husband Dave. He is a qualified cabinet maker as well as a qualified horticulturist. We have 2 dogs – a purebred golden retriever, and a rescue purebred husky. I have just the one daughter and she has given us 2 beautiful grandsons who mean the absolute world to us. I am a big believer in working together with families to set and achieve goals for children, as this sets them up for life and creates a lifetime love of learning.
Please feel free to come in and meet the team. We are all here to support you and your child into the centre, as well as being available for advice and helping you throughout your parenting journey.

About Linda

Hello, I’m Linda, and I’m delighted to be the Assistant Director here at Kuddly Panda Early Learning Centre. Having previously worked alongside Kirsti in another centre, I was thrilled to have the opportunity to continue our partnership and be part of such a passionate and dedicated team.
I’m married to my husband Bill, and we have one grown-up son who, along with his partner, has made us proud grandparents to a beautiful granddaughter. We’re fairly new to Kalgoorlie and love spending our time exploring everything this wonderful region has to offer. When we’re not discovering local gems, we enjoy travelling further afield in our caravan, finding new and exciting places to visit.
Originally from Scotland, I gained my Diploma in Early Years Education there many years ago and have since spent over 30 years working across various areas of the childcare sector. Throughout my career, I’ve continued to find immense joy in supporting children as they learn, grow, and flourish within early education settings.
Outside of work, I enjoy arts and crafts and have a real soft spot for animals. I look forward to meeting all our families and building warm, lasting relationships as we work together to create a nurturing and inspiring environment for every child

At Kuddly Panda, you’ll find
